ARTIST’S STATEMENT
Olivia is a lifetime self-taught painter and palette knife artist from Jacksonville, Florida. A celebration of femininity, her work vibrates with positive energy and joy! She often merges her love for sculpting into her work, creating a whimsical fusion of color, texture and form. She uses her paint knives and brushes to build up intricate layers of paint inviting the tactile and the visual to entwine.

Inspired by the thrill of repurposing, she also loves to breathe new life into abandoned studio supplies. Old brushes, caps, and paint rags are reborn as integral elements of her art, symbolizing the magic that unfolds when we reimagine the ordinary.
