I’ve been a Florida resident for most of my life, moving to Palatka, Florida when I was seven.  In 1996, I graduated Florida School of the Arts on the St. Johns Community College campus with an Assiciates in Science and Assocaites in Arts Degree in Fine Arts. While there, I received numerous academic awards.  I attended the University of Florida from 1999 to 2001 where I received a Bachelor’s in Fine Arts, with a specialization in Drawing.  During my time at University of Florida, I began participating in Fine Art Festivals throughout the state and working at the Harn Musuem located on the university campus.  I have received over 60 awards while attending the fine art festivals. In 2002, I served as an adjunct professor at Florida School of the Arts. In 2006, I began teaching art at Palatka High School and still remain in that position.  I have also had multpile gallery shows throughout northeast Florida and been presented by numerous galleries over the years. I am currently represented by Shady Oaks Gallery and Studio in Micanopy, Florida and the HUB on Canal in New Smyrna Beach, Florida.  I have been married for 17 years to my wife Sherry and have 4 children.
